Fabrics:         

3 yards of a floral or geometric fabric with a regular repeat for the kaleidoscope blocks – depending on your fabric you may have more than enough with this yardage – this is the maximum you should need

Shaded strips - 3/8 yard of six shaded fabrics (light to dark)

Triangles – two fabrics such as a dark and light of one color – 5/8 yard each

Setting triangles and narrow border – ¾ yard

              **** PRE-CUT FABRIC BEFORE CLASS!!****

Triangles – from each of the two fabrics, cut 1 (3) 7 inch strips and 1 (1) 10 inch strip. Subcut the 7 inch strip into 6(16) 7 inch squares.

From the 10 inch strip cut 2 (3) 10 inch squares and 3 7 inch squares. Cut all of these squares once on the diagonal to make the setting triangles.
