Did you ever wonder if you might like sewing? But didn't want to invest a great deal of money to find out?

First Stitches is a special sewing class designed specifically for those who have never sewn on a sewing machine, or have very little experience.

We'll take it slow, not overwhelm you with a great deal of terminology or techniques, and you'll get to make a neat little project for you to take home.

You use our machines and we supply all the materials you need for the project. All you have to do is show up... with a smile.

While no prior sewing experience is necessary, if you have dabbled in the sewing world in the past, and feel you just need to "get your feet wet again", this would be a perfect class for you.

Beginner sewing class price: $45.00. Ask about discounts.

"BEYOND BEGINNER" Classes

These special classes are designed for those who have sewing experience but want to learn how to make specific projects. Classes will vary.

THE BODACIOUS BAG CLASS
This fun purse is roomy and has interior pockets. You'll learn about fusible fleece, how to make braided handles, how to make a very cool 3-Dimensional fabric flower and lots more. You must have prior sewing experience or have taken the "Beginner Sewing" class in order to take this class.

Price: $28.00; a supply list will be provided, and you must bring your own sewing machine. You may "rent" a First Stitches sewing machine for $7 for this class.
