When I first started Paper Piecing, I used the traditional hard edge: a Post Card. Over time, I found that when I assembled my tops, the blocks and spikes wouldn’t line up precisely and the finished tops were ‘wonky’, that is not as ‘square’ as they should have been. I realized that being made out of paper, the post card’s edges would wear down and get deformed with the constant use.
What's Special about my Hard Edge Tools?
They're made of tough, long lasting template plastic. The edges do not wear down with use. They assure a crisp, clean edge every time. Plus, the assortment of sizes come in handy when you have a pattern with longer pieces.
