Wet N Gone Tacky is ideal for hard to hoop embroidery situations where absolutely no stabilzer can be left behind the embroidery. Use for embroidery on handkerchiefs, corners of napkins, delicate sheers, textured organza, etc.
To Use:
- Hoop one piece of the stabilizer with the release paper facing up.
- Using the tip of a straight pin, score the release paper and peel it back to the edges of the hoop. This exposes the tacky surface of the stabilizer.
- Stick the garment or item to be embroidered down to the surface of the exposed tacky and smooth out any wrinkles.
- Complete the embroidery as desired using a medium to low machine speed. Remove garment from the frame.
- Trim the stabilizer as close as possible to the embroidery design.
- Submerge the embroidered article in water for several minutes to begin dissolving the remaining stabilizer. Continue removing the stabilizer by rinsing with room temperature running water.
