PUEBLO - Divina Tote Bag
Join your teacher, Tammy, as she steps you through how to make this beautiful and practical purse that is ideal for everyday use.
Purchase and print your instructions and pattern pieces. I recommend printing the pattern pieces on cardstock paper for easier tracing. Cut out all your pattern pieces and tape them together like the instructions indicate. The first day of class will be mostly cutting and interfacing all the pieces for the bag to prepare for assembly.

- ½ Yard of Main Fabric (for main body of bag)
- 1/2 yd contrasting fabric(this is the accent pieces and bottom and sides of bag) this can be cotton or Cork
- 1 1/4 of lining fabric, cotton fabric is best
- 3 1/2 yards fusible interfacing (pellon SF101)
- 1 1/2 yards of sew in foam interfacing
- 1 8" x 4.5" piece of Peltex 71F or Decovil Heavy (bottom of the bag)
- 1 roll of zipper tape with 3 zipper pulls (4 pulls if using for inside pocket also)
- 1 12" all purpose zipper (for inside pocket) with zipper end
- Rivets
- 6 bag feet (optional)
also bring:
- Ruler
- Rotary cutter
- Fabric marking tools for light and dark fabric (air erasing markers or chalk is best)
- Sharp scissors
- 90/14 Needle for your machine
- Zipper foot for your machine
- ¼“ double sided tape (I recommend washaway)
- Seam Ripper
- double sided wash away tape
- cutting mat
- Stiletto - helpful
