If you’ve never created a quilt before, or are self-taught, this is a great place to start. Learn easy piecing techniques from the first cut to a finished quilt. This is a great class for those who have no quilt piecing experience at all, AND for those who have been quilting for some time, but just need to know some easier tips and techniques.

- Sewing machine in good working order remember your power cord and foot pedal!!
** Please have working knowledge of your sewing machine, how to wind a bobbin, thread your machine, change needles, if necessary. If you need assistance, the staff at First Stitches will be happy to get you started.
- ¼ inch foot for your machine
- Thread
- Eyeglasses
- Pen or pencil for taking notes
- All other supplies and materials will be discussed at first class

Rotary cutter, cutting mat, cutting ruler (6x12, 6.5 x 12.5, 6 x 24, OR 6.5 x 24), Aurifil Thread, Stiletto, Blue Flower head pins. (the staff at First Stitches can help you)
