- Sewing machine with a built in blanket stitch.
- Scraps of fabric at least 6 inches square in a variety of colors
- Threads to match fabrics with pre-wound bobbins in the same thread color.
- Sewing machine in good working order with an open toe or appliqué foot
- Scissors for cutting fabric
- Fusible web such as Steam A Seam 2 or similar product
- Mechanical pencil
- Scissors for cutting paper (not too large)
- Applique' pressing sheet
- Pattern - Love Bears by Brandywine Designs
